If you’re selling your house, stage it. Otherwise, you’ll always wonder if you could have gotten more money for it. - Mike F.

How We Work

First, we get acquainted on the telephone. At that time, you will have an opportunity to ask us questions. We want you to be comfortable with HouseSetters and the staging process.

Next, one of our accredited stagers visits your home. Our stager walks the interior and exterior of the house, taking notes along the way. This takes approximately 90 minutes. From this information, together we make a detailed list of recommendations to prepare your house for sale. The charge for the visit and list of recommendations for a house up to 2400 square feet is $200.

Once you have your list of recommendations, you have several ways to implement them. Of course, you can do the work yourself. If you do, HouseSetters can return to your home when you are done and put the finishing touches on it. Or, if you prefer, HouseSetters can do the work for you. If so, we will discuss the details depending on your particular circumstances.

If your house is vacant, HouseSetters maintains an extensive inventory of furniture and accessories so that your property can be staged quickly and look its best for online photos and virtual tours. Because we own our own furniture, we can give you the best prices in the area.

Our Commitment

HouseSetters is committed to preparing your house for sale in the most cost-efficient way possible. We promise to be professional, creative and mindful that you are inviting us into your home. (If we are hired by a real estate agent, we take serious our role as that agent's representative.) Together, we will make your property shine.
